In Our Community

Compassion: baked right in.

Our employees and customers have been part of this community for decades - it’s our home. That’s why we make it a point to spend time and energy giving back to the local people, programs, and organizations that need it most.

Throughout the year we run drives, fundraisers, and donations that get us involved in our area, and we will continue doing what we can to keep those in the Northern Rhode Island area safe, happy, and healthy.

Cookies and Warm Clothes

Nov 1 - Dec 15

It’s getting chilly outside, and that means it’s time to bundle up! We’ll be collecting new and gently used winter clothes (hats, gloves, coats, scarves, etc) for those in need at Amos House is Providence.

We are accepting donations at the bakery, and will hand-deliver them (along with some freshly made treats) to those who could use an extra hand this holiday season!

Past Event: Ribbon Cookie Donation

Each month we offered a different shortbread ribbon cookie, with 100% of the sales donated to the organization of choice. These included:

  • Alzheimer’s Awareness (in memory of Mem)

  • Sarcoma Research

  • Bone Cancer Research

  • Mental Health Awareness

  • Breast Cancer Awareness

  • Pancreatic Cancer Awareness

  • RI Food Bank

In total, $761.00 was donated in 2021 from ribbon cookie sales. Thank you again for your support!
